Fitness Truffled Panettone and How to Make Money with the Recipe
Changes to the Fitness Recipe
For the fitness version of Truffled Panettone, we will make some substitutions to make it lighter, without losing the delicious flavor and soft texture that all panettone should have.
1. Milk chocolate:
Replace the milk chocolate with 70% or higher dark chocolate. Dark chocolate has less sugar and is rich in antioxidants, making the recipe healthier.
2. Heavy cream:
Use light heavy cream or light coconut cream. Both are lighter versions of regular heavy cream, with fewer calories and fat.
3. Nuts:
You can keep the nuts, as they are rich in good fats and proteins. If you want, you can also add almonds or Brazil nuts for variety.
4. Dried fruits:
Dried fruits can be replaced with unsweetened dried fruits (such as unsweetened apricots, dates, or raisins), making the panettone healthier and with fewer calories.
5. Panettone:
If possible, look for a whole-wheat panettone or prepare a homemade healthy panettone using whole-wheat flour, coconut sugar, or another natural sweetener, and olive oil or ghee instead of traditional butter.
